ANNUAL TUITION FEES (VAT INCLUDED)

The fees listed below cover only the annual tuition fees. Expenses such as transportation, books and stationery, meals, and other personal costs are the responsibility of the student.
The tuition fees shown in the tables do not include the registration fee. In addition to the listed amounts, the registration fee indicated immediately below each table must be added, and the total amount must be paid accordingly.

The tuition fees indicated in the table apply to non-scholarship (full-paying) students.
If you have been awarded a scholarship, the tuition fee payable will be calculated by applying the corresponding discount rate. 

Duration for the scholarship: Five years in the program of study (Note: The duration of all undergraduate programs is four years), plus one year in the English Preparatory Program (if required).

Suspension Condition: The scholarship will be suspended for the following semester if the student is placed on probation* in any semester after the first two semesters of their degree program. The scholarship will be reinstated once the student is no longer on probation.

*As per the METU NCC regulations, the student falls into Probation status if his/her CGPA falls below 2.00 out of 4.00 for two consecutive semesters.

Students who attend the English Preparatory Program for one year and achieve an overall score of 50.00 or above during the relevant academic year, or those who obtain a minimum score of 50 on the METU English Proficiency Exam, will retain their scholarship for an additional year. *: A Fee Discount for students registered in and after the 2020-2021 Academic Year: To children (only one of the children) of full-time (active or retired) staff of the METU Campuses (Ankara, Northern Cyprus, Erdemli); children (only one of the children) of METU graduates; and siblings (only one of the siblings) of current students who pursue their undergraduate studies at METU (any campus). A prospective student is eligible for a discount for only one of these categories.

A Fee Discount for students registered in and before the 2019-2020 Academic Year: To children (onlyone of the children) of full-time active staff of the METU Campuses (Ankara, Northern Cyprus, Erdemli); siblings (only one of the siblings) Student is eligible for a discount for only one of these categories.

Note: In addition to the tuition fee, a registration fee must be paid each term for official documents.The registration fee for students who registered in the 2016-2017 Academic Year and after is 375 USD (including VAT). The registration fee for students who registered in the 2015-2016 Academic Year and before is 357.50 USD.

The registration fee may be paid in two equal installments within the period announced by the University at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters.
Payment of the registration fee covers all charges related to services such as student documents, transcripts, examinations, student ID cards (excluding replacements due to loss), diplomas, and Campus Health Center services for the relevant semester.

Business Administration SUNY (New Paltz) Program – Tuition and Estimated Living Expenses

• For the 2025–2026 academic year, the tuition fee for students enrolled in the Business Administration SUNY (New Paltz) program, during the semester spent at METU NCC, is:
  • USD 9,450 for Turkish nationals
  • USD 6,300 for TRNC nationals and for students who qualify for the Staff, Alumni, or Sibling Discount

• For the semesters spent at New Paltz University, students are required to pay the tuition fee determined by New Paltz for the corresponding semester.

The tuition fee for the 2024–2025 academic year (including two summer terms) is approximately USD 40,000.

• The estimated total cost of living (including expenses for books, stationery, personal needs, accommodation, health insurance, food and beverages) for the entire duration of study at New Paltz is approximately USD 25,000.

NOTE: The tuition fees at our partner universities in the USA and METU NCC may increase by a certain amount each year.

2025-2025 ACADEMIC YEAR DORMITORY FEES (VAT INCLUDED)

Fees should be paid to the relevant bank account specified below. Please quote your student id number and student name on any payment you make or on any transfer you make to the University's bank accounts. Please make sure that the bank officer entered correct information into the system.

* Students who are registered in METU Basic English Department relevant academic year are exempted from exam fees. Other candidates pay the amount of fees mentioned above.

** Transcripts from the system (https://student.metu.edu.tr/) will continue to be received free of charge.

*** Undergraduate and graduate students accepted through international quotas pay their fees in US dollars.
