Internship

In order to graduate from the Program, students must have completed their SNG 300 internship at the end of the 4th semester and their SNG 400 internship at the end of the 6th semester. In addition, the reports they will submit within this context must have been approved.

An SNG 300 internship requires the student to make detailed observations about software development and its processes in a software development company for 4 weeks (20 working days), to perform software analysis and design activities. The student is also required to submit an internship report that includes these activities and that meets the requirements set out in the Internship Guidelines.

An SNG 400 internship requires the student to make detailed observations about software development and its processes in a software development company for 4 weeks (20 working days). The student is also required to identify and define a Software Engineering problem, to perform analysis and design procedures and get involved in the development process, and to present an application/a prototype software. Additionally, the student is expected to submit an internship report that is an overview of the internship experience. The internship report should meet the requirements set out in the Internship Guidelines.
